Meet the Host

Neil Eckart is a former groundskeeper and current ironworker apprentice by profession and a podcaster by hobby. Taking an interest in history from an early age and embracing a passion for teaching, he created War and Conquest to combine the two. When not researching for the show he can be found on the baseball diamond in a Sunday beer softball league, at the shooting range, or out in the woods hunting.
